Scott specializes in working with a variety commercial insurance clients ranging from transportation and construction to retail and service operations.    His goal is to work closely with his customers to understand their businesses and their risk management needs.  Scott is one of the Partners in the Agency.  He has been involved in several community organizations over the years including Rotary, Exchange, Partners-In-Education, Chamber of Commerce Committees, NE Iowa Food Bank Volunteer, and the Independent Insurance Agents of Iowa.   He has attained the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Associate Underwriter (AU) designations.    

Bob’s focus is working with transportation related businesses.  His background includes serving as Safety Director for a large truck line.   He adds value for his customers by assisting with the implementation and maintenance of a strong safety program.  He has been with Elliott-Hartman since 1991 and is a Partner in the agency.  He has been a leader in organizing Federal DOT seminars, is a Past President and current Board Member of the Waterloo Transportation Club, and a member of the Iowa Motor Truck Association.

Matt serves the risk management needs of both transportation customers and other businesses.   His focus is getting to know his customers and their unique needs so that he can thoroughly understand their exposure to financial loss.   Matt works with several insurance companies to find options that effectively and efficiently meet his customer’s insurance requirements.   He has achieved the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.     Matt is a Partner in the Agency.    

Jason’s primary goal is to provide his customers with the highest level of service and commitment possible.  He comes to the agency with a background in both commercial property and commercial liability claims.  Along with his focused education in insurance theory, Jason is dedicated to providing comprehensive insurance solutions to a wide variety of commercial clients.

Pat’s focus is primarily working with transportation related businesses. His goal is to educate and inform his customers on what the true costs of risks are to their business. By doing so, he is able to work with insurance companies to create options that fit each customer’s unique needs. He also strives to provide value to his customers by helping implement and monitor compliance and safety programs.

Kathy handles the day to day insurance needs of Truck Insurance customers.   Whether it is issuing certificates in a timely manner or addressing questions, Kathy strives to provide quick answers and solutions for our Truck Insurance clients.   Kathy has attained her Certified Insurance Counselor designation.

Lori works closely with our Business Insurance customers to provide outstanding and timely customer service.   Her extensive background in business and customer service serves our customers well.  Customers will find her to be a friendly and responsive resource at  the Agency.     

Cass specializes in serving the insurance needs of our Transportation and Parcel Delivery customers.   Customers will appreciate her friendly help with quotes, certificate requests, billing or claim questions, etc.  Cass has several years of Underwriting and Agent experience working for another insurance company where she handled both Business and Personal insurance needs. 

Joanna is a Personal Lines Agent who also handles Reception duties. You will enjoy her friendly greeting when you call or visit our office. Her ability to help Personal Insurance customers with their ongoing service requirements is outstanding. Joanna is a valuable member of the team that helps our clients identify and meet their individual insurance needs.

Vicki is the Agency Accountant and Office Manager.  She helps customers with payments and billing questions.  She keeps the office running smoothly and efficiently.   She combines her financial experience with friendly service to our customers.
